Dear Fractal (Poem Year #18)

Dear Fractal,

You don’t know me, but I’ve been an admirer for years.
Your twists and turns inspire me.
How do you spiral infinitely with the blades of a seven hour hallucination?
Like, math is involved, right?

And your name, Fractal.  Wow!
A sexier label has never existed.
It even rhymes with pterodactyl.
Guess what sound that dino-bird makes.

I love you, Fractal,
-Avery Von Cherrytower
